The school rules have been established in partnership with the community over a long period of time. They reflect the school community’s expectations in terms of acceptable standards of behaviour, dress and personal presentation in the widest sense. Students are expected to follow the school rules at all times when on the school grounds, representing the school, attending a school activity or when clearly associated with the school i.e. when wearing school uniform.


The following rules are required to be strictly adhered to :

  • Students must attend the School regularly and punctually. Late-comers will normally be sent back home.
  • Students must complete their home work regularly.
  • No student is allowed to leave the School premises earlier than the scheduled leaving hours.
  • Any change in the Student’s profile, including change of address, phone no. etc. should immediately be informed in writing. For change in address, the application must be signed by both parents/guardians.
  • Students are to turn up the school before the prayer meeting with complete school uniforms and are to take part in the prayer.
  • When changing classroom, students must line up and walk quietly.
  • When using special classrooms and/or rooms, e.g. computer room, library, infirmary and so on, students must obey each room’s regulations.
  • Smoking, drinking and drug possession is strongly prohibited.


Discipline is an integral part of the learning process. To develop self control and to live in harmony with others, respect family traditions and keep the laws of the country.Every student shall endeavor to make the school proud by excelling in studies & good manners. Politeness, courtesy in speech & conduct as well as cleanliness and grace of person are to be cherished.

  • Strict action may be taken if School property, including library books, is wilfully damaged or destroyed. In such cases, a heavy fine may also be imposed.
  • A friendly attitude is to be maintained with the classmates. Strict disciplinary action, like suspension, may be taken against any student who fights with other pupils and causes injury to them. students injurious to the moral tone of the School may have to be withdrawn.


  • Students, absent from School, must produce a letter and an entry in the Regularity Record of their School Diary by their guardians explaining the cause of absence.
  • Irregular and insufficient attendance may prevent promotion. Minimum attendance must be 80% of the number of School days.
